Lauren Passarelli is a singer songwriter, recording engineer, author, and award-winning professor of guitar at Berklee College of Music. Pat Metheny has called her a great guitar player. Producer, Greg Wells called her a badass and awesome music maker. Known as an omni creative, and multi-instrumentalist, she has released hundreds of her songs into the world under her name and her band name, Two Tru. Lauren has recorded projects for many other Artists including: Thaddeus Hogarth, Kate Chadbourne, Suzanna Sifter, Sarah Burrill, Crave, and Jane Miller. She has informally played with Pat Metheny & Steve Rodby, and Melissa Etheridge. She’s performed with Kate Chadbourne, Sarah Burrill, Leni Stern, Mike Bishop, John Mettam, Jeff Song, Jon Paquin, Doug Alexander and Mike Bean. Her music has been featured on NPR, international syndicated music networks, and television shows. As an artist in residence at Berklee she has mentored over 10,000 students to find their voice and grow past their limitations as musicians. Angie Swan, St Vincent, Will Knox, Panos Panay, Derek Sivers, David Rawlings, Kyle Patrick, Claudio Raino, William Orchard, and Jesse Rubin studied with Lauren at Berklee. Lauren teaches all levels of guitar, songwriting, guitar, arranging, production, artist life skills, and everything Beatles.
