Tae Han

Tae Han is a dedicated young musician born in Shawnee, Kansas, and currently residing in Flower Mound, Texas. At 17 years old, Tae has developed a strong foundation in music, with 12 years of piano study and 7 years of experience playing bass. His musical journey has been guided by esteemed instructors, including Alex McDonald for piano, and Jefferey Bradetich, Cody Williams, Jose Saavedra, Harry Dearman, and Aaron Olguin for bass.

Tae’s talent has been recognized through numerous competitions and performances. He was a finalist in the Juanita Miller Piano Competition, won first place in the Dallas Solo Piano Competition, and reached the semi-final stage of the TMTA Piano Competition. Additionally, he has been selected for the prestigious TMEA All-State Orchestra in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Tae’s performance experience includes playing Schumann’s Piano Concerto at the Mozart Academy of North Texas and performing at the Lewisville Grand Theatre. He has also participated in masterclasses with esteemed musicians such as Nina Bernat, Ira Gold, and Tracy Rowell.

In addition to his solo pursuits, Tae has been an active member of the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra and the Flower Mound High School Orchestra, contributing to various ensemble performances.

Outside of music, Tae enjoys playing basketball and volleyball and loves spending time with friends, especially while eating out.
